Dear Clients! You have the opportunity to return the goods yourself. It is important to note that the parcel with the goods must reach our warehouse no later than 14 days after receiving the order. The following products can be returned: You can return a product that retains its consumer properties and presentation. The product must not show signs of use or wear. In addition, the product must be in its original and undamaged packaging and must have tags. If the product turns out to be of poor quality due to a manufacturing defect, you have the right to return it or exchange it for a similar product of good quality, subject to availability. Delivery is carried out from Monday to Saturday. The SDEK courier will contact you on the day of delivery and coordinate the time.
